Cooling/Heating: There is a split air-conditioning unit in each room upstairs and also in the dining/kitchen area that flows through to the lounge. Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms both with showers and toilets. The one downstairs is newly renovated and has a washer & dryer installed. TV: There are smart TV's in the lounge and one in the master bedroom upstairs. Wifi: There is free fast wifi available for your stay. Noise: Whilst the house is on the main street we have installed electric auto roller shutters that can be opened and closed when needed, it also acts to block out sunlight and noise. Backyard: There is an outdoor dining area with table and chairs. You can park your car/SUV in an enclosed gated area. At the very rear of the property is a hairdressing salon however they do not share the backyard. Very handy if you need to get your hair sorted for a night out or for a special occasion! Guest access Access to the property is at the front of the house where you obtain the keys and you can then access the back area where you can park your car securely with a closeable gate. Other things to note This is a 2-storey townhouse and all bedrooms are located upstairs and require you to climb stairs.
