TWO bedrooms with super comfortable queen size beds and TWO bathrooms. TWO convenient parking spots right next to your door and more on the other side. 1) Primary back bedroom with a lux queen size bed (Beautyrest PressureSmart 2.0 Lux mattress) and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a huge shower. It has a door to your own PRIVATE BACKYARD with mountain views! 2) Secondary front bedroom has a foam queen size bed, a desk, shelves, and plenty of charging plugs perfect for working remotely. This bedroom has its own small bathroom with a shower, a second fridge and a smaller TV. Enjoy high-speed internet and DIRECTV package with 140+channels in the living room. It's on the busy street but once you inside, you can hardly hear traffic noise since we installed brand new windows. Our kitchen is fully furnished for cooking and has a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, a drip coffeemaker, an electric tea kettle, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. We provide 100% cotton linens and towels, white noise sound machines, quality shampoo, bodywash, liquid soap, moisturizing cream, Kleenex tissues, toilet paper rolls, paper towels, Cascade dishwasher pods, raw sugar packets, coffee for the 1st morning, salt, pepper, and spices for cooking. PET FEE: If you are planning to bring a pet or two, please indicate the # of pets when booking. There is a ONE-TIME PET FEE of $50 per pet. We have a Dog Waste Station on the parking lot and a wooden fence gate by your unit for direct access to the city alley. The closest park, Louis Montano Park, is behind our building off of Alto St. Just exit thru our wooden gate by unit#1 directly to the city alley and walk to this green grass park. River Trail is perfect for walking or biking along W. Alameda St, and will also take you to downtown Santa Fe (20 min walk). PRIVATE BACKYARD: Your own backyard beautifully landscaped and paved with stepping stones in the back of your unit. It gets best morning sun and then in the shade most of the day. There is a big farm table with a bench for bigger parties, a bistro table with two swivel chairs, and a sofa covered with an enclosed pergola. Enjoy sitting in the backyard or front porch drinking coffee in the morning or drinking wine and relaxing in the evening! Guest access You will be provided with a door code for the electronic door lock before your arrival. You will have access to your private backyard in addition to the front porch area.
