Las Palmas is a family friendly resort

The resort staff work hard to maintain the property and even remove trash from the beach. We are a 1 bedroom with queen bed, + queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The resort allows a maximum of 4 people in 1 bedroom units - and 1 person must be 23 yrs or older. There is an adult only beach front pool with swim-up bar and a family pool with water slides. There is a gym, restaurant, C- store, game room and 24 hour security. The space This is a large one bedroom unit of approx. 872 sq ft. Sea views from the living/dining area as well as the bedroom. Bathroom has a step in shower (no bathtub) and is quite roomy. Banditos, Changos, & Garufa Steakhouse are a short walk away. Guest access There is parking at each building. Other things to note Please note the HOA at Las Palmas has an age restriction stating one guest checking in must be 23 years of age or older. They also have a maximum of 4 people in a 1 bedroom condo. The security staff will be enforcing these rules.
