Welcome to our "fishing shack"! This custom built home features and enormous covered deck, living room with ample seating, a kitchen with stainless appliances, a custom bathroom shower, and sleeping for up to 5 people In three separate sleeping areas. There property is very quiet. There is camper on the property that is available for rent as well. Located just 5 minutes from Rialto Beach, and less than 15 minutes from La Push. 10 mi from Forks, prime spot for fishing and coastal exploration. The space The House is brand new construction, finished in the summer of 2023. There is a large covered deck with outdoor patio, gas firepit, and a Traeger Pellet Grill. Inside you will find tall 9 ft ceilings on the main level. The Living room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Washer/Dryer and bedroom with King size bedroom are all located on the mail level. The upstairs of the home features a 13 ft ceiling! There is 1 large room, divided by the stairway wall. On one side, there is a sleeping area with a queen size bed. On the other size, there is a sleeping area with two twins. There is one private bedroom on the main level with a King size bed. The home is very bright and open. There are many windows. Most of the windows in the home are almost 6ft tall! There are roller shades on the bedroom windows, but none on the rest of the home. The house sits on just under 4 private acres. The Road makes up the boundary to the North and West. The home sits off of the road a fair bit and traffic is not busy, so road noise is barely noticeable. The house can generally not be seen from the road. To the East and South, the house is surrounded by hundreds of acres of forest. There is a camper on the property that is available for rent as well. Guest access You will have have the entire home to yourselves. The property sits on just under 4 acres and is shared with a camper on the property that is available for rent as well. You will notice the camper as you drive to the house, but they have private areas separate from one another.
