It's away from the noisy road and cacophony but in the heart of Kolkata. you are getting one big private bedroom with attached private washroom, a private balcony, shared kitchen and dinning area, secure entry. this room is on 2nd floor. Well connected to south City Mall, jadavpur university, Gariahat, Behala, tollygunge metro. please read the "HOUSE RULES" properly, so there will be no confusion between us after the booking. AC is extra chargeable 200/day during check in. The space This is a peaceful place, properly cleaned. "Work from home" environment is excellent in this place. the room is very windy, south facing, you can enjoy nature and beautiful skyscape from room. We have one bedroom one table and storage. shared kitchen set up with induction and all the required utensils. one attached washroom with all facilities. Search "Agrashee ground" on map and you are 1 min away from the exact place. The home is just behind the club, sharing the same boundary wall. I want my guests to experience a true Airbnb experience and in turn, I expect not to be treated like a hotel/guest house. 😊 Guest access this place is on the second floor, you are going to use your private room, your private attached washroom, a shared kitchen and living area. there is a part of the open terrace, which you can access too. During your stay I will always be available over chats and phone calls. no worries. any time for any help, I will be there. I love to socialize with new people. Other things to note Please keep in mind, this is a home, be here in the same way as you can stay in your own house. please do not waste anything, electricity, water, foods or any other material. because you know, we are privileged with all of these things rather than so many people all over the world. so we should always thankful for that.
