Once you are in the garage there is a direct elevator access to our apartment. The apt looks on a busy downtown street with buses and cars and pedestrians. When windows are closed there is no noise whatsoever as they are very high quality. With windows open you have street noise. There is absolutely no noise from neighbors from any side.
