Welcome to our Obby’s Place! We're delighted to offer you a comfortable stay without any additional cleaning fees. Our goal is to provide a budget-friendly and hassle-free experience for our guests. 🥰 The space Welcome to your spacious one-bedroom retreat on the 17th floor, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. This modern apartment offers a seamless blend of comfort and security, with the added convenience of a smart lock for hassle-free check-ins and peace of mind during your stay. Additional Guidelines for Families With Kids - Children must be supervised at all times inside the unit and in all building common areas (hallways, elevators, lobby, etc.). - Please ensure children do not go outside the balcony or near the open windows without an adult. Do not allow climbing on railings, furniture near the railings, or leaning over. - If children eat near the bed or sofa, please ensure the area is cleaned afterward to help maintain the cleanliness of the unit and prevent stains or pests. 🚗 Parking - The unit does not come with a designated parking spot, but you can inquire with building security for available parking slots. The estimated rate is around ₱300-350 per night. - There is also parking available in front of The Loop, beside All Home, for ₱30 per day, but there is an additional ₱100 charge for overnight parking. 📜 Additional Notes ‼️PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING‼️ The condominium facilities such as the swimming pool, fitness center and roof deck are not yet available. Strictly no loud parties and please respect our home. You'll find all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including fresh linens, and fresh towels. Rest assured that you won't encounter any surprise cleaning fees during your booking. The price you see is the price you pay.
