We do not have control over the amenities and refunds are not possible if these are not available. Outside guests are not permitted onto the property without prior approval. These units have an upper floor and lower floor, with the upper floors only accessible by stairs. If you have a preference or any mobility issues, please let us know ahead of time so we can try our best to accommodate you! Kindly avoid placing any trash outside the house. Our community has strict regulations regarding waste disposal, and leaving trash outside can result in fines and penalties (up to $75 per bag found). Please use the designated trash bins / compactor provided within the property near house 1 for any excess trash. If the trash isn't yours or is a normal amount, just leave it inside and we can come by to take care of it (just let us know!) If you need assistance with trash disposal or have any questions, feel free to contact us via the app or via text Our property is advertised as pet-free. Any unauthorized pets may result in additional nightly fees, cleaning charges, or immediate termination of the stay without refund. Parking Restrictions: Please note that oversized vehicles and trailers are not permitted on this property. Parking is limited to standard-sized vehicles only.
