I would therefore like those interested to introduce themselves a little and present the reasons for their trip to feel less like a hotel and humanize the exchanges. Thank you very much in advance :)) I welcome with great pleasure travelers who have already received positive reviews from several lines, whose identity has been verified, or who also rent their accommodation (because of a very bad previous experience). The apartment is located in a small cul-de-sac in the 5 Avenues district, the 3-room apartment offers many advantages: quiet for Marseille, on the second and top floor, under the roofs, close to highway access, free parking in the neighboring streets, close to Parc Longchamp, many local shops, transport (tram and metro: 5 Avenues station), restaurants and bars. 20 min from the Old Port and 10 min from St Charles train station by public transport. It is bright and cozy with its vintage decor and large quiet terrace (25 m2). It is still next to a middle school and during the week during school term, you can hear the middle school students in the courtyard during the 2 recesses and at canteen time. There is only one other apartment in the building. The neighbors don't make any noise. The currently ugly stairwell will soon be redone. For people from the North, know that summer in Marseille is very, very hot, in the apartments too... but there is a fan in the living room and bedroom. Linens and towels are provided for a minimum 3-night stay. The refrigerator will be accessible for storing food if needed. You can make coffee/tea, available.
