The adjacent dining area plus kitchen bar seats 12 comfortably. The flow and design of the first floor ensure you’ll easily find a space to play games, watch Roku TV, curl up with a book, or catch up over a glass of wine. The 2nd and 3rd floors each have a large modern bathroom, and an oversized bedroom suite designed to sleep up to 6 guests. The updated bathrooms have bathtubs (clawfoot and jacuzzi) and stand-alone showers. In the bedroom suites on both the 2nd and 3rd floors, you'll enter a huge room with a queen bed and a twin +trundle bed. Through the main bedroom is an additional bedroom enclosed by french doors with treetop views. These have a king bed on the 2nd and queen bed on the 3rd floor. You’ll find amenities like ample closet space, TVs, books and games, reading chairs, an ironing board and iron, and a hairdryer. There is a spacious and private office on the 2nd floor as well! One of the highlights of this property is the fenced-in double lot, offering ample space for outdoor activities and relaxation. Enjoy a morning coffee on the deck and let the kids run around. (Plus, a lovely playground and greenspace is a block away for a change of scenery!) Other things to note This home sits at the end of a small, 2-block street and is on a corner, adding some privacy from neighbors. From the front porch, you see the rear of the homes that look onto the nearby park, and down the short alley that leads to the playground and nice restaurants. It's a quiet area with established homeowners who take pride in the neighborhood. Parking is first-come on all city streets in St. Louis residential areas. Room for 2 vehicles is generally easy to find on the street right in front of the home, and additional vehicles should be able to park very nearby on the street. There is a one-car rear parking pad you may use, but note that guest entry is through the front of the home. Be mindful of monthly street sweeping signs to avoid a ticket.
