Welcome to the ocean view half duplex cottage rental with deeded access to oceanfront in Cocagne NB. Our small cottage is located along the beautiful Acadian coastal route. We are less than an hour away from the Moncton airport, Shediac, Moncton, Parlee beach, Bouctouche dunes boardwalk, 2 wharves and other interesting summer destinations in New Brunswick. We have a large private yard where your family can eat under the trees and for your kids to run and play! Open for reservations this summer. The space Ideal for a small family or couple that are looking for a short stay outside the city. This is a side by side duplex property with over an acre of land area. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom each. Each unit has its own driveway, patio and entrance for privacy. The unit at the back has a tenant with a small dog. You may see and hear their dog as well as other dogs in the neighborhood playing and barking from time to time. Guest access Entire half of the duplex, including the garage. Other things to note The cottage’s water source (common water source for properties in the area) is from a private well that is filtered and regularly checked. If you are only used to city water, well water can have a distinct sulfurous smell. Please browse through the Guidebook for some recommended “must visit” spots in the area. The property is surrounded by trees and such and it is likely that there are small animals and insects around. If possible, please try to keep the doors close to avoid any little critters like tiny mouse, squirrel, insects, and the like to get in the cottage. Small traps are placed in some hidden areas inside the cottage as a preventative measure as well. Please reach out if you have a small dog (less than 10 pounds) that is hypoallergenic and we could discuss for possible consideration. Please indicate the actual number of guests when booking for safety and security reasons (in case of unforeseen incidents like fire, etc).
