(Strong WIFI / Gas Grill) The space This house offers two bedrooms and a full bath. Master Suite - Queen Bed Second Bedroom - Queen Bed Bathroom - Shower / Tub Combination There is a covered area to escape the weather on the side of the garage to sit in the shade, or grill a meal. The kitchen is fully stocked (except for food of course) for all your cooking needs. There is enough room to park your boat in the open lot across the road. There is a covered deck on the front of the house giving a beautiful view of the Ohio River. There is access to the Ohio River from this property. There is a dock to fish from or park a small boat. The river current is swift being on the outside banks of an oxbow. We do not recommend swimming in the river from our property. Guest access There is room to park a boat across the road from the house. Guests may use the boat ramp in Derby which you can see the boat ramp entrance from the property. Other things to note To get the peaceful views like this you know you must be in a rural area. With rural comes with a bit of a drive to every where you want to go, and spotty cell phone coverage due to the large rolling hills. If rural your thing, this is the perfect get away! Although the cell phone coverage is spot, the WIFI is very strong. - Nearest Grocery Store (Tell City or Corydon - 30-40 minutes) - Nearest Convenience Store (Derby Market - 5 minutes)
