Other things to note Pool is heated to your preferred temp. We recommend 30 in winter and cooler temps in summer months. Preferred temperature will be set prior to your arrival. This is a self-contained property. Linen, towels and beach towels are provided and a washing machine and dryer is available for your convenience. We provide a starter consumables pack which includes a small amount of tea, coffee, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap & toilet paper. Depending on your length of stay and usage, you may need to purchase additional consumable items during your stay. Sleeping arrangements are suited to 5 couples and 4 children. Groups of 8 or more adults will need to provide details of group purpose (reason for booking), together with age of all adults and relationship between guests. We have a strict no event / party / schoolies policy. Bookings which breach this policy will face immediate eviction and forfeiture of any remaining nights accommodation. Local laws prohibit excessive noise outside of quiet time 10pm - 7am. Complaints made to Noosa Council hotline which result in attendance to property by compliance officers or reports to property management will result in immediate eviction. Guests who breach noise ordinances will be evicted without warning and no refund provided for remaining nights accommodation.
