The house is modern with a clean and minimalist decor. The entire floor is travertine marble and all cabinets are custom-made and LACCA brand. There are 5 suites with 5 queen-size beds and 4 single beds, Euro brand mattresses, closets, split air-conditioning and TV in all rooms, with 2 suites on the ground floor and 3 suites on the second floor. The main suite has a balcony. The suites have a digital safe for the Hotel, which the guest enters their password. The entire line of hand and bath soaps in the suites are from the O Boticário store brand. In the bathroom, there is liquid soap and hand cream, and the 3 external showers on the side of the house have liquid soaps, all from the O Boticário store's Nativa Spa black plum line. The room is divided into two large spaces between the living room and the TV room. A balcony with sun loungers and sofas and two tables, one on the balcony and another table in the garden with 4 chairs each! The kitchen is very technological and bold, a space with refrigeration and 2 air conditioned, equipped with all utensils and appliances, and also has ice water filter, ice machine, freezer, garbage crusher and 3 sinks (a triple in the kitchen, one next to the barbecue and the third on the bar counter). The gourmet space is integrated into the kitchen and is a space with refrigeration and 3 air conditioned, covered with tempered glass that is heat and soundproof.
