Please remember that our accommodation is located in a tropical country and therefore some small insects such as mosquitoes and cockroaches are present in the area. We love the warmth of summer and these bugs do too. Be careful about leaving food on the table or leaving windows and doors open at night because these creatures will find their way in. Since the apartment you are staying in is located in an apartment building, it is possible that insects will come from the neighboring apartments. We have done our best to prevent this, but please don't panic if you see them and just let us know and we will make sure that we will do our best to help you. 3. We have a strict policy of not using drugs or stimulants. Do not hold parties or events that could disrupt the peace and comfort of my home or my neighbors. Treat my neighbors with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable limits. 4. Please adhere to the check-out time of 12 noon so that our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest according to Airbnb's enhanced hygiene standards. 5. Please do not smoke inside the apartment, this is a strict requirement because smoking inside the apartment can trigger the fire alarm system. You will be fully responsible under Vietnamese law and for the fees associated with activating the building's fire alarm system. If you smoke, please only smoke in the ground floor area around the building and keep public places clean 6. Please send us a photo of your Citizen ID (if you are a Vietnamese citizen) or a photo of your Passport (if you are a foreigner) for us to register your stay with the local authorities. This is required by the local government for short-term bookings in the area. We will change the apartment password and put the card in the mailbox for you to check in after we receive your ID photo. If you don't do that, please text or call us when you're in the building's lobby. My staff will come to meet you to take pictures of them and give you the keys. 7. Please return the elevator card to the apartment's mailbox when you check out.
