This is a newly developed condo unit conveniently located near airports, shopping malls, restaurants, hospitals, and public markets. Our guests can enjoy most amenities for FREE (except Mondays for cleaning) that are designed to give your family a fun and active staycation. - Check in time is 2:00pm. - Check out time is 12:00pm. - FREE parking (One Space) - FREE access to swimming pool The space A minimalist but spacious, new, clean, and well ventilated condo unit with balcony. Feels like home. Perfect for families. ✅Centralized Air Conditioning. No sweat 😅 ✅Bedrooms have air conditioning and closets. ✅Basic essentials for sleeping are provided that make our guests feel relaxed and comfortable. ✅All beddings are washed and changed in between guests. ✅Baby Crib and Playpen available. If needed please send us a message. ✅Bathroom has water heater in the shower room, and a toilet with bidet. ✅Bath towels and toiletries are provided. ✅Washing machine included. ✅Kitchen is equipped with basic essentials for cooking and dining. ✅Free 5-gallon drinking water. ✅Our furnitures are mostly leather and wood which are easier to clean and disinfect with a guaranteed feeling there’s no stain, dust, or odor. ✅Our guests are our top priority and we make sure we practice proper infection control and prevention. ✅And we make sure there are no bugs infestation. ✅We do regular PEST CONTROL. Every 3 months. ✅For our guests, please make sure you do not bring any insects in our unit. ✅Free One Parking Spot Paid by the Unit Owner (designated space in the basement for long term guests; perimeter parking for short term guests - first come first served). ✅We also offer Rental SUV for our guests who may need transportation services. This is a contractless check-in. Hosts will not be in person to meet the guests. Instructions for unlocking the door by a lockbox will be provided. *REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION: Main guest will be asked to provide: 1. Soft copy of 2 valid identification cards after confirming a reservation. 2. Full name of all guests. 3. Emergency contact information. 4. License plate number, model and make, and color of the vehicle for one FREE parking spot. A designated parking spot in the basement for long term guests; perimeter parking for short term guests. Additional vehicle can be parked for free during day time within the permiter parking for 3 hours, but if staying overnight, a charge of Php200 per night per additional vehicle will be paid by the guest. *Failure to comply with the requirements may result tó cancellation of reservations. *All guests must prepare their valid IDs upon check in.
