Welcome to our recently renovated, restful and cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, the perfect home-away-from-home for your next trip to Midland. Our home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, less than a mile from Dow Gardens, the country club and the Midland Center for the Arts, and a short distance from historic downtown, the Loons Stadium, and the Tridge. We look to provide a great AirBnB experience for our guests visiting Midland and are looking forward to hosting you! Three bedrooms! The king bedroom has an attached bath with standing shower, and is separated from the other two bedrooms by the living area. The other two bedrooms are smaller. One has a full size bed, and the other has a twin size with a trundle. Our space is freshly remodeled, all electrical redone and up to code, so the plugs are tamper resistant and great for families with kids! We know that traveling with kids can be tough when you have to bring extra things. A booster seat and pack and play are available by request, and kid friendly tableware is always in the cupboard! Basement will be locked. It is unfinished and unavailable for guests. The driveway is gravel and there are steps required to enter the home. We live in Midland and are available to answer questions and help with anything that comes up! This is primarily a single family neighborhood in a safe and central location, with easy access to many local events! Parking available in the driveway and under the attached carport. Local ordinances require free sidewalk access to pedestrians, so please do not block the sidewalks with your vehicles. There is no garage, but there is an attached carport and space for two vehicles.
