Condominium house in Maresias

You'll be staying at Juan and Flavia's house and you will be very welcome! Everything was done with all our love and affection so that we could share our space with you. We are less than 100 meters from the beach, a bakery, market, pharmacy and restaurants, and even though the location has everything nearby, the condominium is very quiet. You will be next to beautiful beaches and waterfalls if you want to get to know more of the north coast of São Paulo, such as Paúba, Toque toque, Cambury and Calhetas. The space We have 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a queen-size bed and a desk; the other bedroom has a double bed and will have a fully equipped bathroom just for it, but the bathroom is not inside the bedroom, it is next door. All bedrooms and the living room have split air-conditioning. In the kitchen, you'll have everything you need to prepare all your meals, with a stove and oven, blender, refrigerator, and other items. The upper area is a very pleasant environment, with a private barbecue area with table and chairs, a sofa for 4 people and 2 hammocks, a great place to watch the Maresias sunset perfectly. We have an iron and a hairdryer. We provide beach chairs. Guest access: Our house is in a gated community with 9 houses, you will have access to the pool and a parking space.
