It is very unusual to find this type of house so close to the beach, in 5 minutes you can be walking on the pristine beaches of Sant Pol de Mar. Many architectural features from the modernist period can be found such as original tiled floors and the arched gallery. The ground floor is easy to access, a car can drive almost up to the front doors, which are made from heavy oak. On this floor there are 2 large bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and dining room.. The kitchen opens onto a large covered porch which has picnic tables for outdoor diningwhilst you enjoy the views of the strawberry fields in the valley. There are large gardens covered in pinned chopping and an ornamental well for great photos. There is a marque set away from the house if you are looking for a secluded corner to read a book or relax and a pool to cool off in. Ther first floor has 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and the gallery, complete with ping pong table, darts board, oversized been bags and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, a very large living room and a bathroom. The gym is on the top floor with multi weights machine, treadmill and ecliptical trainer.
