Included with Your Vacation Home: - Fully furnished with Smart TVs and high-speed WiFi (Free WiFi). - Kitchen equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, stovetop espresso maker, coffee pot, tea kettle, toaster, and a large blender. - Basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials provided. - Initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, and laundry supplies stocked for your convenience. Location Highlights: - Cathedral City is home to fine resorts, dining options, shopping venues, art galleries, and family-centered recreational facilities. - Scenic golf courses and vibrant festivals draw travelers back year after year. - Estimated distances from the vacation home: - 10 minutes to Palm Springs International Airport. - 30 minutes to Empire Polo Fields and Old Town La Quinta. - 25 minutes to Indian Wells Tennis Garden and Palm Desert/El Paseo. - 12 minutes to Downtown Palm Springs. Maximum occupancy is two occupants per permitted bedroom, or 4 guests total. No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the rental at all times. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM. Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo, back and front patios. The house is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the unit through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible! Other things to note Guest Verification Notice: Please note that prior to check-in, all guests are required to complete a brief identity verification process. This is handled securely and directly. By booking, you acknowledge and agree that your information will be collected for verification purposes. - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - -WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out is not available. Once the unit is ready for check-in, we will let you know. -WILL I NEED TO MEET THE HOST TO GET A KEY? The property has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. -DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? A departure clean is included for all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean may be provided for an additional fee. -IS THE POOL HEATED PRIVATE? The pool/hot-tub are shared. However, the community has 35 pools for its residents. So you might have it all to yourselves! -WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer salt, pepper, and cooking oil. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash.
