Beachfront on the Puget Sound with views of Mt. Rainier and the Seattle city skyline. Watch several ferry routes and enjoy the view of 3 islands Blake/Vashon/Bainbridge. Use our kayaks and paddle to Blake, a marine state park. Or, use our paddleboards to explore Manchester's coast line. Watch sea bound vessels deliver cargo to Seattle ports or fireworks light up the Space Needle. Seals, cranes, eagles and sea lions (winter) will allow nature to come to you on the deck overlooking the sound. The space was once owned by a WA state lottery winner...once you get here, you'll see why this view is a dream. Recently remodeled by new owners, upcycling when possible was done. The house is 3 doors down from the public boat launch. It has 3 bedrooms with room for an extra guest on the swing bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and shares an amazing view of the water with the living room. A firepit is by the beach and kayaks and paddleboards are on sight for guest use. We are pet friendly and don't charge a fee for your furry family member. We also have a flat fee, what you see is what you pay, no matter how many guests. Reserve for you, invite many until it's time for your vacation! Getting here has several choices. The Southworth ferry dock is about 15 minutes away or drive around and use the Tacoma Narrows bridge. Once here, leave your car on this side and try out a fast ferry to Seattle. Parking is $5 a day at the ferry dock and the ferry ride is about 20 minutes. This is a great location for city visits and Olympic National Park outings. There is a great "Port" drive from the location that visits several local ports, (Orchard, Gamble, Ludlow, Townsend) that also offers a great day trip as well. Guests have full access of the single family home. There are several sets of steps heading down to the house (garage is street level) but once in the home, living space is only 1 floor. Hosts available via text, phone or Air b n b. Kayaks and paddle boards must follow WA state boating rules. A life jacket must be worn and a whistle carried. Life jackets and whistles are available for guest use and kept on property.
