Easy access to Cowes - by car or along the waterfront on bike or foot. Explore the wonderful walks, bike rides, beaches, surf, nature reserves, markets, wineries, restaurants and a whole range of other activities on this special island. Do as much or as little as you want. The space The house is a very short walk to a Silverleaves Beach access path. A stunning beach with varying character depending on where it is accessed and great walks up to the "nits". The house is also approx 150m to the newly revitalised Silverleaves Store (Anerie general) - the offering is continually evolving and so check out the latest breakfast, lunch, dinner etc options on arrival. It is possible to walk to/from the Phillip Island Golf Club and also into Cowes (20 mins) where there are all the amenities of a good sized town and great dining and entertainment options. The surf side of the island is readily accessible with only 5 mins drive to Smiths Beach. And nothing is very far and so all that Phillip Island has to offer is within easy reach. And at the end of the day you'll be able to come back to a very comfortable, well appointed house and relax on the veranda, deck or lounge room watching the world and kookaburras go by. When its too hot there's large doors and windows to catch the breeze as well as aircon and fans and when its too cold there's heating and a wood burner. Your space includes. Master Bedroom - King Size and ensuite with shower Bedroom 2 - King Size or Twin - please notify preference when booking Bedroom 3 - King Single bunks (OK for adults) + sofa The living area is seperate to the bedrooms and includes a large open plan space with large dining area, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and comfortable lounge area. The lounge area opens out onto spacious north facing deck with great outdoor dining table and modern gas BBQ. Steps from the deck lead out to fully fenced garden with lawn. There's further access to the garden through a wide pedestrian gate - great for when coming back from the beach, bike ride etc and in the garden is an outdoor shower with hot water. Fast broadband wi-fi is also available and you'll be able to log on to your TV streaming service of choice for some binge watching if the weather closes in. Guest access Guests have sole access to the house and will be provided a code for the duration of their stay which means no keys lost on the beach! Other things to note Full linen is included, hence the larger "Cleaning Fee". Bath towels will also be provided but please do not take to the beach. Bring own beach towels.
