Positioned within walking distance of the Tavon and Coredo lakes, it is surrounded by nature and is an excellent starting point for many hikes and walks. Forget all worries in this spacious oasis of serenity. The space The chalet once housed the 'old mill of the grandparents and now has become a special place to spend a wonderful vacation wrapped in the tranquility that the place offers. It is the ideal place where moments with friends flow unforgettably in the greenery of our Val di Non. If you want to enjoy your holidays forgetting the stress of everyday life this is the ideal place: you can decide to lose yourself in total relaxation in the garden of your house with a lake view or in the cozy living room in front of the fireplace, or discover the beauties of the surroundings savoring all the spirituality emanating from the place, thanks to the proximity of the evocative Sanctuary of San Romedio. With the renovation finished in April 2023, the chalet is a detached structure consisting on a ground floor and a second floor; on the ground floor a very large living room including kitchen area, living room with large fireplace, dining, bedroom, bathroom and a laundry space; on the second floor 4 large bedrooms, a bathroom and a relaxing reading area. Guest access The chalet can be reached directly by car where there is free parking on the property. After leaving the Sp7, drive along a short stretch (about 300 meters) of wide well-beaten dirt road and reach the house. Other things to note The cost is all expenses included except the tourist tax (€1 per day for each guest from 14 years of age). Weak WIFI signal, the accommodation is not good for work.
