Stonesthrow is a spacious 3 bedroom house located on Porthmeor Road in St Ives, perfect for families or larger groups. Centrally located with easy access to explore all of the attractions that St Ives has to offer and just 20 steps from Porthmeor beach. Stonesthrow also benefits from 1 on site parking space, a true rarity for its central location. The space Inside Stonesthrow, you'll find two spacious and comfortable king sized bedrooms, ideal for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, there's a delightful bunk bedroom featuring three single bunk beds, perfect for children or friends sharing. With two shower rooms and an additional downstairs WC, convenience and comfort are prioritised to ensure a hassle free stay. Stonesthrow is a pet friendly property, allowing your four legged friends to join in on the holiday fun. As you step into the open plan living, kitchen, and dining area, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Relax and unwind in the cozy seating area, complete with a smart TV offering streaming services such as Amazon, Disney+, and Netflix (you would need to use your own logins), ensuring endless entertainment options for quiet evenings in. Externally, Stonesthrow exudes a traditional cottage charm, fitting in seamlessly with its idyllic surroundings. Inside, however, you'll discover a beautifully appointed space with all the modern comforts you could wish for. Directly underneath Stonesthrow is its own private parking space to the right hand side of the car port for your convenience. The parking space does have a size restriction, (W 2.1m x H 2.1m). Please double check the measurements of your car as you may need to find parking elsewhere if it is too big. Porthmeor Beach, with its golden sand and rolling surf is steps away from your front door and is ideal for relaxing in the sun, dining at Porthmeor Kitchen, or making the most of the surf. For those happy to stay close to St Ives, there is much to see and do with excellent coastal paths for walkers, a great choice of local beaches including Harbour Beach and Porthgwidden, a truly magical sheltered cove with golden sand and an excellent beach café, all within walking distance of Stonesthrow. It is a short drive to Carbis Bay, where visitors will find calm clear blue sea and a wide sandy beach. If lazing on the beach is not your style, then you can always try a boat trip, fishing, coasteering, kayaking, surfing, horse riding, golf or stroll around the many individual shops within the town. Other things to note The car port parking space dimensions are 2.1m wide X 2.1m high X 4.2m deep. If a car is parked on the left hand side of the car port it can be a bit tight and require steady manoeuvring. What we provide: Bed linen for all beds. Bath towels & hand towels for 7 guests. Tea towels, oven cloth and a bath mat for each bathroom. A double length toilet roll per bathroom. Hand soap, washing up liquid, anti bacterial spray, bleach. (Please note we do not provide shampoo, conditioner or shower gel due to personal preference and/or allergies) Dish cloth, sponge, dishwasher tablets. (Please note we do not provide washing detergent/pods due to personal preference and/or allergies) Oil, salt, pepper, pint of milk, tea bags, coffee sticks and sugar sticks.
