The accommodation consists of a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, a perfectly equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a modular bedroom with storage. 🛋️ A bright & warm stay The living room invites you to relax with its cozy sofa and 110 cm TV (cable channels). A dining area with a table for up to 4 people will allow you to share your meals or work with peace of mind with free high-speed Wi-Fi. 🍳 A fully equipped kitchen... like at home! Prepare delicious dishes with an ultra-functional kitchen: stove top, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. There is also an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and all the necessary dishes including nice wine glasses to taste the local nectars. 🧀 Le petit + gourmand: A raclette machine is at your disposal in the living room wardrobe for your convivial evenings! 🛏️ A modular room with bespoke comfort The room has electric bedding composed of two single beds that can be combined into a large king size bed (180 × 200). Please tell us when you book the desired configuration (2 single beds or 1 king size bed) so that we can prepare the room according to your preferences. 👶 Family travel? A cot and high chair are available on request for your toddlers. 🚿 A modern & convenient bathroom The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet, towel dryer and hair dryer. For a stress-free stay, bed linen and towels are provided, and your beds are already made upon your arrival! 🌿 A pleasant terrace Extend your relaxing outdoor moments! The private terrace, equipped with a table, chairs and umbrella, is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a drink at the end of the day, in a quiet and peaceful environment. Note: the terrace is an extension of that of the owners and another rented accommodation (the space is open and without physical separation between the three spaces, but each has its own garden furniture). Guest access 🚗 Parking & Self Check-In Enjoy free parking in a private driveway to easily unload your belongings. You will have full access to the accommodation using a lockbox. 🪜 Getting inside The apartment is located on the first floor (access via a staircase, no elevator). 🏡 Your private space The accommodation is 100% private. Access to your independent entrance is currently via the terrace of the owners, who are discreet hosts committed to respecting your privacy. 🏗️ Note: Renovation work on the facade is currently underway outside. This does not affect the comfort, calm or quality of your apartment once inside! Other things to note Small dogs are accepted only by prior request. For the comfort of all, this accommodation is strictly non-smoking, and parties are prohibited in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. A smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are provided for your safety. Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge for your stay.
