Our new heated pool and deck has been completed. Our spacious home comfortably sleeps 13. Our home is filled with recently updated furniture including new beds! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary items needed to make a delicious meal for a large group. You'll have plenty of living space and common areas like the spectacular veranda off the kitchen allowing plenty of space for large groups to congregate. The space The water off our pier ranges from 1 inch to 3 feet of water depending on the tide and the season. It is not ideal to dock a boat off our pier. You can enjoy the views of the Intracoastal Waterway from almost every room. As if that wasn't enough, we recently completed the paperwork to begin construction on an outdoor, heated saltwater pool (which will be completed by 5/30/24).
