Outdoor shower is perfect for showering after a day at the beach or pool. Inside, the first floor features a farmhouse kitchen with breakfast room for casual dining or separate dining room with seating for 10. Den with TV and sleeper sofa & spacious living room with fireplace. Second floor has private master bedroom w/ king bed & attached sitting room w/day bed. (Note: access to the master bedroom is through the sitting room.) Modern master en suite features a walk in shower. Also on the second floor is a large guest bedroom with queen bed and a small guest bedroom with a twin bed. Modern hall bath has tub/shower & washer/dryer.
