This a safe quiet uncluttered space, perfect for short stays in the area. This is a very quiet little town, close enough to I 90 to be a very convenient stop over, but far enough to be quiet. When then air is on, the basement tends to be on the cooler side. In particular when it is hot, the AC works hard to keep the upstairs cool, the good news is an open window will solve the problem! We are located 20 minutes from the Badlands National park, and an hour and 15 minutes east of Rapid City. The space There are two bedrooms, a full bath, living and dining area and a kitchen. There is a private entry on the east side of the house leading down the apartment entrance. This is a recently built space with lots of lighting and all of the window are above grade. The upper level is our second home and my office. We may or may not be upstairs. The lower level is your private space. Guest access You will have your own kitchen, laundry and living area. You are welcome to use the grill and patio outside. Other things to note There is foam insulation between floors, but it is not completely soundproof, the floors creak and you can hear footsteps upstairs.
