Set within a residential cul-de-sac in the village of New Hedges, this fully refurbished self-contained guest suite is an ideal base to explore nearby Saundersfoot, Tenby and the rest of the stunning county of Pembrokeshire. The Nest @ Crestville has been established since 2023 and is perfect for singles, couples, or families with one or two small children. Dogs are welcome. The space The Nest offers its own private entrance and parking on the driveway of the main house. The lounge area has a free wi-fi connection and a wall-mounted 32” Smart TV. Guests are welcome to login to subscription apps such as Netflix and BT Sport with their own credentials. There is a brand new wooden double bed and mattress and the sofa extends into another small bed that would be suitable for young children. The kitchenette features a breakfast bar, along with microwave, fridge (with small freezer compartment), toaster and kettle. There is no built in oven or hob, but we've added an easy to use counter-top multi-cooker which has air fry, grill and slow cook functions. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and heated towel rail and there is a separate large walk-in wardrobe so you’ll have ample space to store clothes and baggage. You'll have access to your own section of the garden with outdoor table and chairs. There is a chest in the garden with kids toys such as racquets, bats, balls etc and a couple of boogie boards which you're welcome to take with you for a day at the beach. You're more than welcome to use our charcoal barbecue and/or fire pit whenever you need them. Please just ask and we'll make them available. There are a selection of family board games and card games for rainy days. Please note that although the suite is fully self-contained and has its own entrance, it is joined to the main house via a locked doorway and as such there may be occasional background noise from our busy family and dog :). Guest access We're happy to greet you on arrival and show you around, or you are welcome to pick up your key from the keysafe on the front of the main house. Whatever suits you best. Car parking is on the driveway, a few feet from your door. There is one step into the property but otherwise, the driveway and suite itself are all on one level. It's a 20 minute downhill walk into Saundersfoot, or a 30 minute walk into Tenby. We are also on the bus route to Saundersfoot, Tenby and surrounding areas. Other things to note We are dog friendly and you are welcome to bring along a dog (or possibly two small dogs - please enquire). Whilst dogs can't be left alone in the suite, if there's somewhere you'd like to visit without your canine friend, we can offer a dog sitting service by arrangement during the school summer holidays. Please note the property is strictly no smoking. For insurance reasons we are unable to accept bookings where the group contains three or more adults.
