Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Comfortable room inside of home (unoccupied by owner on a fulltime basis). Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of privacy with bedroom door keyed locked. Front door and den entrance is a keyless coded door. Security cameras on the outside of the property. Property has plenty of space Den, living room, dining room, family room, laundry room and eat in kitchen. During your stay This is a peaceful stay. It's preferred to interact with other guests only in a need to basis. If you cause any disturbance or nuisances you will be asked to leave. Other things to note No smoking of any kind shall be permitted on property. If you smoke and disturb other guest you will be asked immediately to vacate the premises and agreement is in violation. No tv, music, or game system volumes that are turned up past your personal ear system for listening. Any violation, you will be asked to immediately leave and are in violation of the agreement. Any nuisances, threats to host or guests, you will immediately be escorted out and code access denied. No raising your tone or profanities towards host or guests or you will immediately escorted off premises and code access denied entry.
