Both bedrooms have custom closets with drawers and plenty of room to hang and shelve personal items. The open living room and dining room has a large TV, board games in the TV stand, couch, end tables and chair. The dining set seats 6 including a bench that can be used for living room seating. The couch downstairs is a brand new queen sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, stovetop, kettle, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, plenty of wine glasses, cups and plates for the kids or the pool (no glass), utensils, silverware, etc. There are extra blankets, pillows, etc Full size in unit laundry with a few pods to get you started. The fireplace is not usable. The outdoor private patio has jasmine vines, seating and lights. There are beach chairs and a few pool floaties to enjoy. There are loungers at the saltwater pool right next door to this unit. 2 dogs max allowed, no weight limit, $80 fee / stay. Guest access Entire unit is yours!
