Also, there's a nice, brand new BBQ grill that will entice the family! Guest access There's a flight of stairs on the side of the property to access the house. Please be mindful of large luggage as there is no elevator. Other things to note . ABSOLUTELY NO jumping and/or diving off from the balcony. . Watch out for children at the backyard dock. . Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited by HOA. If a call is out to the property, the guest(s) will incur the fine charge on behalf of the host.
