The location is ideal, the fish market, the famous Rue des Bains and its small shops, the casino, restaurants are very close, The house is bright and the decoration harmonious, it has 4 levels - 3 floors: Basement: - a shower room with a washing machine and a dryer - Separate toilet - a children's playroom - an outdoor court for coffee and an aperitif in the sun On the ground floor: - an entrance to undress - a living/dining room. The dining room table can comfortably accommodate 6 people, or up to 10 people maximum, (a little more cramped), using the kitchen chairs and the extension, The living room has a TV and a Marshal speaker - a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher).
