The space The casita is located in a 55+ Resort community. You do not need to have a Motorcoach to stay. However if you do have a motorcoach it must be a class A or super class C and not be more than 10 years old. The Resort has a key West feel with room for RV parking and brightly colored casitas with beautiful tropical landscaping. It has one king sized bed, a 55 inch smart tv, a bathroom with tub and shower, and a kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. You will have access to all resort amenities which include a pool, hot tub, theater, and gym. Guest access You will have full access to the entire casita and screened porch as well as the large oversized paver pad. You will have shared access to the pool, hot tub, gym, and theater with other members of the resort.
