Double bedroom perfectly located in Watford

Perfect place to stay for going into London or if you need to be Watford based - 12 minute walk to Watford junction station, 20 minute train journey directly into Euston - 7 minute drive to the Harry Potter studios or bus from outside the house - 7 minute drive to Watford hospital or bus available - 25 minute walk to Watford high street - Easy access from M1, M25. Parking not available We are a working couple, we both do shift work The space Perfect place to stay for going into London or if you need to be Watford based Double bedroom in a house with a shared bathroom You may also use the kitchen microwave to heat up some food. We have quite small fridge but there will be one shelf available for your food if requested tea and coffee, milk will be left for you A large chest of drawers (8 drawers) two bedside table units and a clothes rack with hangers will be available for your stay. The wardrobe is not and will be closed. Items in the chest of drawers are spares for you to use if you need to (blankets, linen, towels, pillow, toiletries). Do message us if you need something else. Iron and ironing board are in the utility room through the bathroom There is not a TV in the bedroom - we are happy for you to watch Netflix in our sitting room Washing machine not for use Guest access Double bedroom Kitchen Bathroom During your stay We are often in and out of the house so just message us if you need something, otherwise we will leave you to enjoy your stay :) We are a couple who moved to Watford 3 years ago. We love living in Watford. We both do shift work (firefighter and nurse). Other things to note Any additional requests please just ask. We live in this house so if you need something then we should have it already! Parking not available. Heating thermostat in the dining room by the plant We have a basement where our office and bedroom are We have a ring door bell that records when someone rings it We have wooden floors throughout the house - you may want to bring some slippers 😊 This is our home that we live in, not a commercial-only property reflected by the price. It will be clean and tidy but it won't be a perfect hotel-type environment. There will be personal belongings around and personal photos on shelves. Nothing of any great financial value but please treat our home as you would treat the home of a good friend or family member :)
