Toilet and barrier-free shower are located in separate rooms and both have washing facilities. Guest access The apartment has its own patio with a dining area. In addition, there is an outdoor area on the property with additional seating, which is free for our guests to use. You also have access to the shared utility room. This is available to all our vacation guests and has a washing machine and dryer. Other things to note Please note when booking that this apartment is located next to our in-house wine shop. The terrace borders the outdoor area of the wine shop. Our Villa Pauline is already quite an "old girl". Built in 1925, it now has many decades on its back. Although this creates a wonderful old building charm, it unfortunately also brings a few requirements. Despite all modernization measures, no sound insulation can be achieved as in a new building. We ask you to take this into account when booking. Your overnight stay price includes both the final cleaning and the tourist tax.
