The space The Old Fire Station Birmingham is a historic Grade II listed landmark on Aston Street, once home to the city’s firefighters and a true symbol of community spirit. Today, this beautifully restored building blends its rich past with modern living on the edge of Aston University. With stylish social and study spaces, an on-site gym, and regular events, it’s a place to connect, create memories, and add your own chapter to its remarkable story. NOTE: We are currently carrying out refurbishment works on our gym and study area to improve the facilities for our residents. As a result, both areas will be out of use from 7th July 2025 to 15th August 2025. Failure to submit a student ID can result in cancellation as per our cancellation policy. - For bookings with checkin between Jul 1st - Aug 31st: We can accept non students as well. Only a standard ID will be required for verification purposes. - Please note that this property is a Student accommodation, designed primarily for students. Non-student guests are welcome only during the summer period (Jul 1st – Aug 31st). If you’re unsure about your eligibility or booking dates, please reach out to confirm availability before reserving. - We cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18 due to building planning permissions.
