Each bedroom comes with a queen sized bed, (plus an extra blowup mattress to be used for additional sleeping arrangements). The house has a garage on the lower level which accommodates up to two vehicles. Be aware, the garage door is quite narrow. Accessed up (interior) stairs, PleasantMarsh BnB features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. The loft consumes the entire top floor! It features two queen beds with luxurious linens and a master bathroom with dual sinks. A large balcony with sunrise marshland views accompanies the suite. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen size bed. These bedrooms are located on the third level, each having a private ensuite bathroom. The second floor living room consists of high vaulted ceilings and a 75” flat screen HDTV and boasts a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and kitchen island which serves as a convenient dining space as well. Advanced cooking/kitchenware is provided, to include a Ninja blender, Keurig machine, and bar set-up among other gourmet chef necessities. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire building except for one closet in the master bedroom. You can pull your car into the garage which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. We provide self check-in instructions for your convenience. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. Other things to note Included with each guests stay: Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and some additional toiletries) Dish/Laundry detergents/Garbage bags Hair Dryer/straightener/Iron/Ironing Board Towels/Linens Basic cooking/Kitchenware/Gas grill/Mixers Keurig coffee (Random assortment of K-Cups) Air mattresses are available and stored in closet with linens and extra blankets. IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION: You can park one or possibly two vehicles in the garage, ONE in the center parking area amongst the other cars, but it’s on a first come-first serve basis. We recommend utilizing garage space as much as possible. Be careful not to contact the walls of the garage while entering and exiting as it is quite narrow. I recommend turning your mirrors inward upon entry/exit. Please do not park in the driveway, it’s too small for even a standard size car. Please note there is a 10pm noise ordinance effective in Charleston/Mount Pleasant. There are neighbors in the nearby homes that regularly monitor the noise levels.
