Cottage in Riom-és-Montagnes (garden, quiet)

Riom-es-Montagnes is in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, an ideal starting point for nature lovers: many hiking trails, mountain biking, mountain biking, fishing, climbing, tennis... there is something for everyone, not to mention the proximity of the Lioran (45 minutes away) and Super Besse (50 minutes away) slopes. You can discover Cantalian gastronomy and taste cheese specialties directly from the producers. The space This cottage located in Riom-es-Montagnes is about 700 m from the heart of the village (all shops), in a semi-rural area. It has a total area of 75 m2 on two levels. The ground floor, daytime living area, is composed of a well-equipped kitchen area (including raclette and fondue appliances, plancha), a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower cabin, sink and toilet. Upstairs, 2 connecting bedrooms (with separation door): a king size bed – high quality bedding – in one, and 2 single beds in the other (for a 3rd child we have a folding bed), sink and toilet. South-facing terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers and barbecue to enjoy the outdoors. Guest access You will have access to the entire cottage Other things to note A pet is welcome (to be mentioned at the time of booking), we can provide you with bowls for water and kibble, as well as a basket for sleeping. Please don't leave your companion alone. However, when you leave, we do not want to find any traces of their visit (no droppings, holes or other damage). Services: Upon arrival, you will find the beds made and linens (towels, tea towels) at no extra cost. For stays longer than a week, another set of linens will be provided. Free parking in front of the cottage. Non-smoking area. Babies: We also have all the baby equipment: baby bed, playpen, high chair, stroller, no need to load your trunk to come to us.
