This a newly remodeled, 3 bdrm/2 bath home, fully furnished, and centrally located with a modern appeal. If you are in town for work, to visit family, or taking a trip up north, why not stay in comfort rather than a boring old hotel? Short and long term rentals available (up to 90 days). Just pack a suitcase! The space There are 3 bedrooms (1 downstairs with an ensuite bathroom) and 2 on the second floor. All beds are queen sized. It has central air and heating. *Please note the stairs to the second floor (2 bedrooms) are steep and narrow. *Both bathrooms are on the first floor. Guest access This is an entire house with full access, including the basement, with a washer and dryer for any laundry needs. Includes free parking with a driveway allowing space for 2 cars parked side by side. Other things to note The TVs are "smart" and run off of wifi. Feel free to log into your own apps for entertainment, just don't forget to sign out! This is northeast Wisconsin, the weather elements are inevitable. Please be mindful of tracking mud, snow, and dirt throughout the house. It is requested that you remove your shoes at the door so we can keep the home clean and comfortable for future guests. Pets will be considered, but not guaranteed and will be charged a nonrefundable pet fee. Please inquire about any pets on your initial booking request.
