Villa Manta Samui is a stunning oceanfront villa in one of the most breathtaking locations in the most prestigious North Eastern area of Koh Samui. It has some of the most dramatic sunsets over the beautiful bay and across the island and ocean. You'll sense the "wow" when you walk through the main door with the view unfolding in front of you - everyone says that its better even than the pictures show. It's situated in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods on the Island next to 5 star resorts like Six Senses and the Ritz Carlton, but is still only a 15 minute drive from pretty much everywhere and everything you're likely to need. Since, we opened we have had many guests from all parts of the world who have enjoyed wonderful stays. The rates quoted are for a maximum occupancy of 8 adults. A maximum of 2 additional beds may be supplied at extra cost and children can be accommodated with parents in the same room. (Please note: Each bedroom suite is stand alone.) Villa Manta Samui is a stunning 4 master bedroom villa spread over various areas which all offer amazing views across the sea to the other side of the island and beyond. There are 2 stand alone master bedroom suites on the top level and 2 more stand alone master bedroom suites on the middle level, all having direct and uninterrupted sea views with outside decks. All have the exact same layout - so everybody gets the same views and facilities. The pool, deck, lounge and kitchen/dining area are on the ground level with a garden on the lower ground level which offers sea access for kayaking. The open plan living area is designed for easy waterfront living with an abundance of space, light and of course uninterrupted sea views. There's sumptuous sofa seating, surround sound speaker system, a Smart TV with 400 worldwide TV channels and a slate bed pool table which give guest a really comfortable tropical lifestyle. There are two dining options - indoor eating round the large bespoke kitchen table or an outdoor dining area under the covered terrace, poolside with the bbq close at hand. The "infinity edged" 17 metre swimming pool is a great place to swim or just relax and look out to sea. The garden sundeck at the water's edge gives yet another place to unwind in peaceful and quiet natural surroundings as well as access to kayaks for exploring the bay, headland and neighbouring island of Koh Som. Each king size master bedroom suite is air-conditioned and has a highly appointed en-suite bathroom with a pod bath, rain showers and two separate sinks. All have a private terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs. All rooms have a Smart TV system with access to over 400 movies, worldwide TV channels, high speed internet and a contemporary study area looking out to sea. The staff at the villa offer a discreet yet attentive service and, at extra cost, can cook a superb array of high-end restaurant quality Thai, Asian or Western food and then tidy up afterwards, giving guests nothing to do other than relax some more. A PDF of the in-house chef service menu will be sent to guests prior to arrival. EACH BOOKING INCLUDES: (Guests have access to the whole villa, and can treat it as their home during their stay. We just ask that you are respectful of it and our neighbours.) * One direct return airport transfer (around 10 minute drive). * Daily continental buffet breakfast - which is set out ready for guests to help themselves and includes fresh breads, croissants, a selection of cereals, fresh fruits, yoghurts, condiments, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fruit juices. We also offer an in-house massage service - we have 2 professional massage tables at the villa overlooking the pool and ocean, and a range of massages are available - guests just need to arrange with staff. Baby sitting service (at extra cost) can be arranged. All incidentals to be paid on departure in local currency. BOOKING PROCESS: Myself and my husband Gavin are the owners of the villa and one or both of us will be in contact directly with all guests prior to arrival. You will receive our "Welcome Book" prior to arrival which provides additional useful information for your stay. And we will be happy to help you prepare for your stay should you have any questions. (We live in New Zealand, so correspondence may be delayed due to country time differences.) Once at the villa, our resident in-house staff - (Khun Joy and Khun Za - a husband and wife team) and our guest relations manager (Peter) will be on hand to assist you with anything you need throughout your stay. LOCAL INFORMATION: There are a number of local restaurants, temples and other tourist sites and white sand beaches nearby which offer various water sports. Our staff can easily arrange car hire, taxis, sea and island excursions - just speak to them during breakfast service should you require any assistance. (Further information can be found in our Welcome Book - sent out to guests prior to arrival.) The villa is also a perfect venue for small private events and weddings. Guest access Guests have access to the whole villa, and can treat it as their home during their stay. We just ask that you are respectful of it and its neighbours. Other things to note We do not provide 24/7 Butler Service. Once the staff have prepared your daily breakfast (at a time that suits you) they will clear away breakfast and go about their daily housekeeping/maintenance/gardening duties in a discreet manner to leave you in peace to enjoy the villa in private. Should you need help with planning your stay - booking activities, tours, taxis, car hire, in-house chef services, baby-sitting, massages etc, please speak to the staff during breakfast service and they will be delighted to assist you.
