Light, cozy and air-conditioned loft. Perfect for those looking for a simple, well-kept space close to the beach. It's in the back of the house, with another loft upstairs. The entrance to the lofts and outdoor area are shared with other guests. Located in Mar Grosso, close to the beach, Historic Center, Piers and tourist spots in the city. We are always available to help with whatever you need during your stay. I'll be happy to welcome you! The space Harmonious environment with good natural lighting, it has: • Double bed • Practical equipped kitchen • Open closet • Private bathroom with glass shower • Wi-Fi + study/work space • Air-conditioning • Extra mattress (double or single, as needed, request availability at the time of booking) Comfort and important information: • Bed linen included: sheet + 2 pillows + 1 blanket • Towels and groceries not included. We can provide towels for an extra fee — request at the time of booking. Guest access Access is through the side gate. The loft is in the back of the house and has a small staircase with a few steps. Outdoor areas such as shower, sink, and barbecue are shared between guests.
