Welcome! The space Our modern minimalist A-frame home boasts an abundance of natural light, thanks to the numerous windows that frame the surrounding landscape like living artwork. Every corner of this space has been thoughtfully planned and custom-designed for your comfort and enjoyment, reflecting the elegance of a minimalist aesthetic. Main level space features two bedrooms (1 queen bed / 1 bunk bed) and one bathroom. Second level features one bedroom (king bed) and another bathroom, as well as open work space overlooking main level and a comfy nook for reading and relaxation. Outdoor space features 600sq.ft deck with dining / lounge areas, grill, as well as walk out 6-person hot tub. In addition a cold plunge (ice bath) allowing guests to experience a cool down to as low as 40 degrees! We also have a fire pit area and firewood for you to use. We also have a trail leading up to the lake with a shared dock (one other home), dock has kayaks and can be used to dock a boat. Guest access Guest will have access to entire house; guests will access house with a digital code provided by host. Digital lock is at the main entry doors. Other things to note - Note that this property has direct lake access to the lake, however it’s a 5-7 min walk through a trail. Our dock is the second one on the right. Dock is shared with another house next door. We are also within 5 min drive from Port Royale marina. - While our bunk bed can accommodate adults, it is best suited for children. Our house is best suited for 4 adults and 2 children/teens. - We do have another property for rent, that’s next door also with lake access also with pool and sauna. Please DM for any questions.
