On the ground floor, the living and dining area with fireplace and open kitchen forms the center of the vacation home. Outside is the barrel sauna for your private SPA experience. Two terraces offer either relaxation or a place for communal meetings. Your own small garden completes your personal retreat. On the ground floor, the bright living and dining area with cozy fireplace forms the heart of the house. The open, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together. Located directly on the living room, there is a bedroom with a French double bed. There is also a modern shower room and pantry on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and another shower room. Upon your arrival, the beds are already freshly made. In addition, a terry cloth package with a hand towel and a shower towel is available for each person. A highlight is the outdoor sauna, which invites you to a private SPA experience. The cottage includes two car parking spaces, which are located directly at the house. Information on tourist tax and other costs City tax: The tourist tax will be charged at the time of booking. In the event of changes to the bylaws, the amount of the visitor's tax may change before your arrival. The municipality's spa tax applicable at the time of travel is decisive. Sauna: The use of the private sauna is billed at €0.50 per kWh, depending on usage. This means you only pay for the energy you actually use for the sauna during your stay. Firewood: Firewood for the fireplace will be available upon your arrival and can be purchased on site if needed. Washing machine: A shared washing machine is available for our guests in a central location within the vacation home complex. The use costs 4.00€ per wash. Detergent is already included.
