Nanticoke river front Studio!

Relax in our cozy river front apartment suite. The apartment is located in our stand alone garage next to our primary residence facing the beautiful Nanticoke River. Perfect for kayaking and exploring nature. Centrally located between popular Eastern Shore destinations, like Ocean City and many historic small towns. Take this opportunity to explore all there is to see in the area, or relax and take in the many wildlife activities that can be seen along the river. The space This apartment suite is a two level space, with the kitchen located downstairs and the living area, sleeping area, and bathroom located upstairs. You'll have great views of the Nanticoke River. Check out what activities our local osprey, heron, and eagles are up to each day. The apartment is located in our detached garage and is a stand-alone residence complete with private entrance, kitchen, and bath. We are approximately 45 miles west from Assateague Island, Berlin, and Ocean City, 40 miles east from St. Michael's and Easton, and about 15 miles to Cambridge and Salisbury. Our location is great for outdoor enthusiasts who want to enjoy nature and is the perfect spot for exploring the river by kayak or SUP. Also, pickleball anyone? We just built a brand new pickleball court for guests to enjoy! Let us know if you would like to play doubles, we are always game! Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive use of the apartment. They will have shared access to the dock. We may at times need to enter the garage portion of the structure, but there is a door that connects the apartment that guests are welcome to keep locked from the inside. Areas that are off limits include the boats at the dock, as well as the tiki bar which is considered a boat. Other things to note We are located just off of route 50. There is a road that runs through the property so be careful of crossing the street to get to the dock. We do provide internet but since we are in a remote area, at times it can become interrupted. Should this occur, please do not hesitate to reach out and we can try to troubleshoot the issue.
