Welcome to Frida Kahlo's Hideaway Casita! Nestled among lush trees and greenery, our casita is like a mini-Mexico, bursting with colors that celebrate the lively spirit of our beautiful country. Think of it as your own slice of Mexican paradise, just a short walk – four blocks, to be exact – from the lagoon! Our house is conveniently located to explore the area with your own or a rented car. Distances to main attractions: Los Rápidos 5 min Bacalar 11 min Chetumal 15 min Huay Pix 10 min Other things to note We do gardening every 2-3 days every week and have to access the garage in order to get to the backyard. We will let you know in advance to ask what time would work best for you. Please have in mind that the parking is right outside the property and is not gated or inside it.
