This wonderful apartment is rounded off by the adjacent sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, which elegantly combines the "business" area: A stylish desk with its pleasant seating allows working in a relaxed atmosphere. The apartment is air-conditioned, furthermore electrically controllable blinds provide lighting effects however you wish. Guest access A barrier-free elevator takes you directly from the first floor to the floor of your apartment. Check-in and check-out is possible at any time of the day through our manual code system - please always respect our check-in (earliest 3pm) and check-out (latest 11am) times. Other things to note PARKING SITUATION almost the entire city is now a declared short-term paid parking zone (Kurzparkzone), which means the following rules apply Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) from 9am to 10pm when parking on a public road: - You can only park for a maximum of three hours - You need to pay a street parking fee (via the app HANDYPARKEN or with parking tickets which you can buy at „Trafik“ shops) Therefore I suggest to park inside a garage on a daily basis during the week - which is easier and cheeper. The Parking garage Sofiensäle is 5 minutes away and costs 8€ for 24h (Blattgasse 14). In parking spots in front of the house you can park for free from Friday 22.00 to Monday 9.00.
