The screen comes down on remote control for your viewing pleasure and then goes back in the ceiling -Large pool, fire pit, comfortable seating for all outside -Big dining table and comfortable furnishings throughout the home -Discounted Golf Cart (inquire about $) -Ping Pong, Pool, and Foosball The space 6 Bed Tropical Pool Home - Huge Pool, Jacuzzi, Ping Pong, Pool, Foosball, Biggest Yard, Movie Theater My wife and I own many homes in the area as vacation rentals. 6 Bedroom, 7 Bedroom homes. Right across from the beach with amazing amenities. Out of all the homes this one is by far my personal favorite. This yard is the best yard of any of the homes in the area. Only two blocks to the beach, it has a huge pool, jacuzzi, grass area, outdoor patio, and everything you need. It is an amazing luxury paradise. Also we recently put in the following updates to the backyard: -a brand new outdoor gazebo with outdoor kitchen and barbeque and bar area to seat up to 8 people in the backyard. -brand new outdoor polywood luxury furniture and loungers -a new gas firepit -an indoor movie theater with 110 inch screen in the living room area. It will come down from the ceiling through a retractable screen. -a brand new pool table to go along with the all weather ping pong and foosball tables. **Golf cart available upon availability for rental. Enjoy playing ping pong,pool or foosball outside, hopping in the hot tub, or swimming in the huge heated swimming pool. Most pools in the area are less than half the size of this one! They are like Vegas sitting pools. This is a full size swimming pool for all the family or families to enjoy. The house is a perfect blend of luxury and beachey feel. It has six bedrooms and four baths and an awesome kitchen and living room area. Three separate screen doors lead out to the backyard. There are five separate queen and king bedrooms and one bunk bed room with four full beds. It sleeps 18 comfortably. You should see the review book for this house! Everyone, and I mean everyone, who comes here always raves about the yard and loves the tranquility and size and beauty of the backyard. This house is absolutely amazing. Pool heating available upon request for a fee. Pack and play and high chair available upon request. REFUND POLICY: If you wish to cancel we will attempt the dates and will refund you what we book it for. With enough lead time we should be able to rebook for 100% of what you paid. VRBO does not enough more than a 60 day window of time for cancellations and within 60 days we may not be able to rebook the exact same timeframe for your reservation. If you need to cancel please make sure to contact us as soon as possible so we can rebook the time period. GOLF CART: Because local companies were charging our guests up to $165/day for renting a golf cart we decided to buy a fleet of 6 seater Club Car Tempo electric golf carts. They have leather seating, extended range and outdoor speakers. We offer them for between $300 and $495 per week (+taxes and processing), depending on time of year. They are six-seater electric luxury golf carts with leather and outdoor built-in outdoor speakers for playing music. If interested, please inquire regarding availability. PETS: we are open to hosting your furry friends. However, pets are subject to approval. Please inquire first. Include details about type of pet, weight, age and temperament. Pet fee is $150 per pet, per stay. We charge $15.00 per guest, per night for each guest over 12 to help cover the additional costs of larger groups—such as increased cleaning, laundry, utilities, and wear and tear—so that we can keep pricing fair for smaller parties. COVID POLICY: Should the house be unavailable due to a government imposed shutdown, you would get a 100% refund. DAMAGE PROTECTION: There is a $59 fee included in your reservation that covers you up to $1500 in accidental damages. **Travel Insurance for weather is not recommended during June-October season because if there is an evacuation that is the only time they would refund you but if there is an evacuation I would refund you anyway.
