Blissful Oasis

Villa Cesy is a magnificent ocean/beach front villa nestled on the majestic Golden Beach, 20 min. away from busy Malindi. An oasis for relaxation and to get away from it all, this 6000 sq. ft property has been in my family since I was a child. The house, designed by a renowned Italian architect, is decorated Lamu style with many original pieces. It is breezy and open with 3 lounging areas, 4 bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite, a private pool and direct accesses to the beach. The space I am a visual artist based in New York City. Villa Cesy (named after my mother) is a serene beachfront heaven, fresh fish, fruits and vegetables can be delivered daily to your doorsteps and kite surfing lovers can enjoy the kite school near by. Even during the hot months the house is constantly blessed by a pleasant breeze. A beautiful garden with lots of different plants and flowers is perfect for lounging by the pool and stargazing in the night sky. Guest access maximum number of guests is 8 Other things to note - I provide the first gas tank for cooking, for longer stays you will be responsible to replace the tank (@3000) - The house comes with a chef, a house maid and pool/garden boy. Guests are responsible to pay the chef directly @2500 ksh a day. - I am providing hand soap, please bring your shampoo, conditioner etc. - I charge $15 a day per room to use a/c . Guests can opt not to use it. - Electrical light bulbs are installed in each room. The house generator will be off during the day and on in the evening until 8:30 pm. I provide the first 20 gallons of diesel, you will be responsible to buy extra fuel after that. Please bring solar powered flashlights. - There is a no smoking policy at the house. - At the end of your stay it is customary to leave a gratuity for each staff member between 1500 to 2000 shillings.
