Welcome to our charming cottage, located just 35 minutes from the center of Warsaw, right next to Suntago - the largest water park in Europe. Our location is the perfect blend of picturesque surroundings, surrounded by forests and landscape park, with comfort, provided by a functional and modern home and accompanying attractions. For the exclusive use of: a hot tub, a large terrace, a fire pit, a barbecue area, a playground. The space Functional 55 m2 is a perfectly designed space where an open, garden glazed living room with a height of 6 meters connects with a functional kitchenette. In the living room: a wood-burning fireplace that adds warmth and climate, a very comfortable sofa bed, a 65-inch smart TV with an ambilight feature - enriching the visual sensations. Downstairs, there is a large bathroom with a shower, a roomy closet. On the mezzanine, a night and relaxation area with two double beds (king and queen size bed), separated by a partition wall, a large window with a view of the fields and a pouf for rest. Guest access The year-round house, located on 4000 m2 of landscaped land, is a true oasis of peace and relaxation. Contactless check-in. There is a second house on the property that is rented in a short term model. The houses are more than 40 meters apart, ensuring complete privacy of rest. All the amenities you choose from are exclusively at your disposal. Other things to note The lack of an immediate neighborhood provides privacy, making our property an ideal place to rest and organize all kinds of events, from birthdays to bachelorette and stag parties*. *Agree to organize parties is set and priced individually.
